- Helmets, apparel, horse health and footwear are final sale
- Any other returns must be made within 30 days of purchasing the item.
- Products returned will be quarantined for 24 hours.
- Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving in brand new condition, with tags to:

- Returns will not be accepted at any stores.
Total customer satisfaction is our mission. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, return your merchandise in its original condition within 30 days, for a no-hassle complete refund, credit or exchange - you decide.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are happy to make exchanges and refunds provided that the equipment has not been used or damaged. Please return your merchandise in its original condition, with a copy of the sales invoice, within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or credit - you decide.
Please mail the item back to us by insured ground mail or return courier. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, we cannot accept “freight collect” returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. We require a note with your name, telephone number and a brief explanation for our records, as well as the sales invoice.
The following items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.

- Supplements and oral remedies
- Returned saddles will not be fully refunded if marked in any manner.

- Any apparel that has been worn and/or the tags have been taken off.
